• When there are no maps/mods installed, but only subscribed to, it doesnt lock you out. It only says "No maps", if there are no maps/mods at all.

• Pagination on Mod.io requests. This was an issue, if the user had over 100 mods.
• Filtering for maps only. If the user was subscribed to any mods, it would show up. If downloaded it would break their Pavlov installation.
• Removes old zip files, which were left there, if the download was cancelled.
• Progress bar resets after failed download
• Queue length doesn't include duplicates. The map was added to max queue length, but wasn't pushed to the queue.
• Color themes for the subscribe stars. They have the right fill color for the theme now.

The code was cleaned up a bit.
