* - Initial changes to accomodate dividend data from CSV of revolut

* - Added CSV to detect type of CSV document

* - Dividends parsing works from revolut gain and posses CSV document

* - updated doc

* - Bumped version to 0.6.0 and removed obsolate scripts

* - Update dependencies
