Description

This enhances the pythonBuild step to handle builds via the build module and a pyproject.toml file.

additionally it

  • adds a feature pkg to handle feature flags
  • extract pip functions to python pkg
  • extract build function to python pkg
  • extract publish function to python pkg

As I have issues with testing, I created a PR to cleanup the python stuff first: #5482
