Currently the Mimic Data Transfer Object (DTO) is {"HB":"0","IO":"1","M":"M","CMD":[-10.698853,252.698944,58.369247,114.764832,-132.395584,-147.419769]}
The new Arm DTO is now {"heartbeat_count":0,"is_operational":0,"speed":2,"angles":[0,0,0,0,0,0]}.
for angles make sure that the order is as such [Rotunda, Shoulder, Elbow, Wrist Pitch, Wrist Roll, Hand Angle]
