VEP produces bugged CSQ-fields #30

For some reason the vcf-header for the CSQ-string does not match the variant annotation. CADD_PHRED for instance is displaced from the header compared to the variant.

When I used the VEP-process from nextflow_wgs it produced the expected annotation
