Merged scoverage sonar plugin.
Seems to have issues with displaying the statement counts.
I can't find the menu named in their doc.

With scalastyle metrics

Merged sonar-scalastyle code and integrated the metrics.

A new beginning

Working plugin currently only adds files count, comment_lines count and non-comment lines of codes count.
