Installation

1. Clone the repo

   git clone https://github.com/Sage-Bionetworks-Challenges/rare-x-post-analysis
   cd rare-x-post-analysis
   

2. Run the Notebook.

3. If needed, install any packages that the notebook indicates are missing, i.e. <install.package ("knitr")>

Usage

Run the RMarkdown notebook in RStudio or VSCode using the GUI.
