Description:
This PR bumps up the
synapseclientandfs-synapseversions thatpy-orcadepends on.I also removed
PipfileandPipfile.lockfrom the repository. This should have been done as part of #32. Becausepipenvdoes not support constraints files it is impossible to guarantee a consistent installation ofapache-airflowin thepy-orcadevelopment environment.py-orcacontributors should rely upondev_setup.shto create a virtual environment on their local machines instead.
