Time for another blobfuse2 merge! This merges 2.4.0 which includes a lot of changes. The stream component has been removed, I have kept it here until we finish getting block cache to work on Windows. Their is now functionality for cloudfuse to load external .so files which have their own custom component. In theory, this could allow us to develop custom components to change the functionality of cloudfuse for particular use cases. There is now a new entry_cache component which caches list results of directories. This possibly could mean that some of the work we added in attribute cache could be removed. I have not done that work here, and only done what was needed to complete this merge without breaking or changing existing functionality.
