Using Baseline with your MDM

Baseline is designed to be MDM agnostic, or require no MDM at all.

We rely on the community to provide guidance and instructions for how to use Baseline with any given MDM.

Please feel free to contribute updates, corrections, or fixes using any of the methods below. We will keep this as up to date as possible.

We will also accept alternate submissions for various strategies. There are many ways Baseline may be configured on the same platform, so if you have an alternate method please feel free to contribute!

Configuration Profile

What manner is best used to deliver the configuration profile? (mobileconfig vs. plist, do we have to sign the profile before upload? etc.)

Zero Touch

Any specific guidance on how to achieve a "zero touch" workflow in which Baseline initiates immediately upon enrollment/user creation.

On-Demand/Self-Service

Any specific guidance on how to run Baseline "on demand" (not in a fully automated fashion)
