Once #1 is complete, we should consider creating maps for these levels.

We should probably group levels and maps into campaigns based on quality or common themes.

I'm not sure if this is necessary for all user contributed levels. Most of them are designed with the intention of being played without a map. There are certain ones that might benefit from maps, though (multi-level sets) though they may require a bit of modification, in which case I'd like to contact the authors (artistic integrity, not licensing, although the copyrights might be under the same problems as the pixmaps were/are in SMC).

They may have been designed to work stand alone, but it might still be fun to have a map to explore them. Not all levels have to have maps, though.

I would have assumed levels submitted through the secretmaryo.org forum (and now TSC forum) fall under the default content licensing, but it would make sense to double check this with @Quintus.

Levels contributed via the TSC forum are CC-BY 4.0 per the forum rules unless noted otherwise. Levels posted on the old SMC forums undergo our beloved SMC contribution license.
