usage

$: python addscrub.py [unscrubbed_file.cha] [new_output_path.cha]

$: python batchscrub.py [start_dir] [subject] [visit]

e.g:

$: python batchscrub.py /Volumes/seedlings/Subject_Files all 14

$: python batchscrub.py /Volumes/seedlings/Subject_Files all all

$: python batchscrub.py /Volumes/seedlings/Subject_Files 02 14
