@diemol this PR incorrectly upgrade the dependency. Plus it should never be upgraded, please.

@nvborisenko it seemed fine as it was a minor bump. Then please in future occasions just close the PR.

It is not fine. System.Text.Json was not upgraded to 8.0.6 at all. Renovate doesn't know how to upgrade it, because of bazel.

And I ask please never upgrade dependencies, never. Selenium is not an application, it is library. Upgrading dependencies, even minor version, forces all users to upgrade. we cannot allow ourselves to take liberties just to upgrade :(
