cmod a7 breakout

The breakout board is designed for the Digilent CMOD A7. The DIP 48 headers will be brought to various components such as: A seven-segment display, additional LEDs (8 yellow and 2 RGB), Additional push buttons and switches and a PMOD header.

In this repo, you will find the gerber files, bill of materials, a KiCad project and a custom XDC file for the breakout board.
At a later stage, AXI4-Lite blocks will be provided to interact with the various components on the board.

Check the list below to see what has been provided so far.

  • Schematics & PCB-Design
  • Gerber files
  • Custom XDC
  • AXI4-Lite blocks

The table below shows the different connections of the board.

*The numbering includes the onboard LEDs and Buttons.
*The ADC, VU and GND will be connected to external headers for easy access.
*The buttons and switches do not have a debounce circuit, its up to the end user to write this in an HDL.
