fix: Added a basic blackjack game

Description:

This pull request introduces a simple text-based Blackjack game written in Python. Players ("Y") compete against a dealer ("X"), following standard Blackjack rules (hit, stand, bust, etc.).

Key Features:

• Card Deck: A shuffled 52-card deck.
• Player vs Dealer: Players can hit or stand, while the dealer draws until 17+.
• Game Logic: Handles Ace adjustments, calculates hand values, and determines the winner based on hand totals or busts.

How to Play:

Run python blackjack_game.py and follow the prompts to play the game. (^^)
