Description
Cherry-picks DeltaV-Station/Delta-v#1100 and DeltaV-Station/Delta-v#1222.
Makes butlertron anchorable, pullable, and destructible, and disables logging of butlertron's messages.
Credit to adeinitas and NullWanderer.
Note
This was cherry-picked without testing, someone needs to test it first.
