# Description

<!--
Explain this PR in as much detail as applicable

Some example prompts to consider:

What might be some alternatives to this?
How/Who does this benefit/hurt [the game/codebase]?
-->

By popular demand, NT's Security Forces now use blue uniforms:

- Change default uniforms for Sec to the blue variants.
- Add a blue variant of the Warden's coat
- Adds blue variants of HoS, Warden, Sec Winter coats, and replaces
where appropriate
- Secoff lockers will spawn with only blue variants
- SecDrobe changes - blue cap, blue bandana, blue coats.

If you want to wear the red or grey security uniform, it's still
available! Choose it in loadouts, or get it from the SecDrobe.
