This adds functionality to install/uninstall Sitecore publishing service.

To install/uninstall you must select a Sitecore instance, and go to the "Edit" tab, or right click the instance and final the SPS install in the context menu.

When installing, the connectionstrings from the instance that was selected are used in the publishing service.
The publishing service module still needs to be installed via the Installation wizard after the service has been installed (as usual).
