This patch fixes:

• incorrect check of item exclusion from index on resolving dependencies (96740)
• issues with indexing fallback language versions of items (127177)
• incorrect data indexing if the ContentSearch.Indexing.DisableDatabaseCaches setting value is set to true (155383)
