Playtime Limiter 1.1.2

Bug fix update:

• Fixed resetting timeout on active players when the PLAYTIME_RESET_MIDNIGHT config is set to true.
• Previously, if active on midnight, it wouldn't reset. It would only reset if you logged out and in on different days.
