This is more of a nice to have, but we should be able to translate between Spanish and English for the site.

@vicmars5 We were thinking of it as like v2 or v3 but if you want to take a crack at it, please do!

EDIT: It's v2 now.

Moving this to v3. This needs significant engineering effort to develop a way to switch between translations.
