v3 of the app should include simple authentication for center managers to access a section of the app that allows them to update center information and needs and manager information, create new products and centers, etc. We don't yet have full definition on how this will work or what authentication we'll be using (likely auth0) but the CRUD portion of the app will largely just implement the API endpoints.
