The Iena project was realized by Softia for the University of Lorraine. 5 Moodle plugins have been made to make Moodle more attractive for education.
There is also a desire to improve the interface between the Moodle and Mahara APIs.

moodle-format_iena : This format plugin changes the interface of a course, it also adds features like a progress bar to control the completion of activations. moodle-block_competency_iena : This block plugin makes it easier to manage skills in Moodle. There is now a clear picture to link skills to resources. There are also charts with lists of students and the skills they have acquired. There is also the possibility to make role requests in order to manage a repository.
