Extended SWORDS Template (updates in collect_user and collect_variables)

This is the first release of repository, which includes updates to the SWORDS template originally developed for the University of Utrecht. Key improvements and additions in this release are:

collect_users :
GitHub repository owners. (for organisation repositories)
GitHub repository contributors. (for organisation repositories)

collect_variables :
Variables for empirical analysis defined in good enough and best practices in scientific computing.
