Progress on #284. If you guys can confirm/fix the integration tests I'm not authorized for, we could mark it 100%.
I had to delete the current GPT3/ChatGPT/Sentience integration tests because they basically didn't do anything. I'm not sure what a good integration test would look like since you'd want to avoid actually calling the API.
