Not looking to merge any changes. This is a temporary change to oms startup script to have it reference openmpp-14 branch of openmpp repo to test changes contained in that branch on a notebook. I'm creating a pull request to be able to spin up notebook with this branch. Once changes are tested I will close the pull request.
