This release should be well enough tested that we're not afraid of letting average astronomers use it.
The overarching goal is to facilitate reducing basic single-object DIS data with no clicking on emissions lines or arbitrary choices for flux calibration. Instead, PyDIS should choose wisely, work carefully, and fail gracefully (and verbosely).
