nvpatch + offsets

Changes

• adds nvpatch so that com.apple.System.boot-nonce is patched and users can set a generator with nvram command
• better offset loading(changes to C sysctl and ditches Objective C objects and their methods)
• log a test offset

I thought I already patched that elsewhere. I seem to be able to write a new boot-nonce value to nvram, but I only did a quick test.
