This PR :

  • adds the DCAT-AP LinkML schema derived automatically from official SHACL shapes,
  • adds the Python script with which this DCAT-AP LinkML representation was created
  • updates the two extended DCAT-AP profiles 4NFDI & 4C
  • updates the README

Use own 'id' slot instead of 'identifier' to avoid PK ValueError

I have no idea why I cannot reuse the 'identifier' slot and add the `identifier: true` flag in the subclasses of dcat:Damast. But if I do, I get `ValueError: No PK for attribute ...`.
