Purpose of this pull request

Function App doc update - checked out azure-functions.md from #5346

Select the type of change

  • Minor Changes - Typos, formatting, slight revisions
  • Update Content - Revisions, updating sections
  • New Content - New features, sections, pages, tutorials
  • Site and Tools - .clabot, version updates, maintenance, dependencies, new packages for the site (Docusaurus, Gatsby, React, etc.)

@kimsauce @amee-sumo could anyone pls approve this, changes are checked out from the #5346 which is already approved, it has some extra changes which are not needed now!!
