Purpose of this pull request
This PR implements a new ThreatConnect V3 integration for the CSOAR platform, replacing or supplementing an existing version with updated API capabilities.
Added V3 API support for ThreatConnect intelligence operations
Implemented search and update functionality for threat intelligence indicators
Created comprehensive configuration options for various indicator types and filtering
