libSBOL provides the core C/C++ interfaces and their implementation for the Synthetic Biology Open Language (SBOL). Version 2.1.1 of libSBOL provides an API to construct SBOL 2.1.0 designs and to read and write SBOL version 2.1.0 XML/RDF files.

This release includes binary installers for Windows. Both 32 bit and 64 bit version are supported.

We offer few different ways to install libSBOL:

If you want to use binary installer for Windows, try Download Windows installers on Sourceforge

Mac OSX binary distributions can be obtained through the Homebrew package service. Linux users are encouraged to build the libraries from source or try linuxbrew package service.
