Hooks are installed now

All hooks are installed now.
Set warning level to 4, all warnings treats as errors now.

New codebase

Done moving to cmake build system.

Added compatible linker_pc executable.

A "Field tested allocation" release

This release seems stable. At least, it was tested on adding all viewmodels, models and character bodies into one mod file and everything seems fine.

Issue #2 workaround

More detailed assert message.

A "Hello, world!" release

Custom allocator. Tested on my own mod with a lot of custom models.
