A security fix in TYPO3 did deny modifications of the "sys_file" table via the DataHandler. Internal processes may still be permitted to do this however by using one of two flags. In our case we modify this table for cleanup after tests. We now override the ActionService::createDataHandler() method to set one of these flags. See TYPO3/typo3@71e652b
