Summary
"Search for Tag" in the Tag Manager executed multiple queries because the
search_for_tag_actionwas not disconnected before replacing the widgets and adding a new action, so triggering the action would also trigger all previously set actions on that widget.All actions are now correctly disconnected before adding new ones. I have also added a test
