Objective:
To ensure a cohesive and transparent internship program by aligning all relevant materials and teams, updating documentation, and creating clear literature for internal and external stakeholders.

Tasks:

  1. Figma Completion and Alignment:
    • Finalize the Figma work based on the previous discussions, ensuring all elements of the internship program are clearly mapped out. Specifically, do this after doing knowledge transfer to other teams about the Dream Quest Journey. It should show one direction for the soft skills and another direction for the hard skills.
    • Ensure that all teams (Curiosity Coach, Academy Creators, and USIVA) are aligned and in agreement with the Figma diagram, particularly regarding the grading system, position terminology, and responsibilities.
    • Figma Link Here
  2. Update Pay Grade Spreadsheet:
    • Once the Figma work is completed, update the "Pay Grade.xlsx" spreadsheet to reflect the information and structure outlined in the Figma diagram.
    • Ensure consistency between the Figma diagram and the spreadsheet in terms of grading, stipend, and position details.
  3. Revise and Align Internship Offer Sheet:
    • Rename the dynamic "Job Offer" sheet to "Internship Offer."
    • Update all dynamically linked numbers in the "Internship Offer" sheet to match the updated "Pay Grade.xlsx" and the Figma diagram.
    • Ensure all teams are literate in these changes and in agreement with the updated documents.
  4. Visa Qualification Agreement:
    • Collaborate with the USIVA team to determine which visas interns can qualify for based on their skillset and expertise levels.
    • Incorporate this visa information into the Figma map for clarity and reference.
  5. Create Comprehensive Literature:
    • Develop clear and comprehensive literature around the internship program, detailing the structure, benefits, and expectations.
    • Ensure this literature is accessible to potential interns and current staff, promoting transparency and understanding of the program.

Expected Outcome:
All teams will have a unified understanding and agreement on the internship program's structure, responsibilities, and benefits. This will be reflected consistently across all materials (Figma, spreadsheets, and literature), ensuring transparency and clarity for both internal staff and potential interns.
