Smaller Bugfixes for URletter & URspecialopts

This release only issues the Bug mentioned in Issue #2 .

It also fixes some intern Bug in URspecialopts for more general usage.

urcls 2.0

Extended Version of the urcls bundle.
This version got a new and uniform implementation of the colorbars by introducing URrules.

Additionally this version introduces a method of using the Corporate Design as pagestyles with URpagestyles.

A Detailed documentation will follow, as soon as possible.
So far the included Demonstration files, might help out.
They describe the use of the packages and classes in German.
