아하 그렇군요. 그래도 일단 사용자가 url을 통해서 비정상적인 접근을 할 가능성도 있기때문에 일단은 머지하는 방향으로 가는게 좋을 거 같습니다 |

기존에도 모집의뢰서 중복 작성에 대한 오류처리 코드가 존재하였지만 조건문에 걸리지 않고 있어 다른 메세지를 띄워주고 있던 부분을 올바르게 수정하였습니다
