It's possible that the correct file name should be MTProxy-multiUpdater.timer

Done in commit 9b018dc

systemctl enable MTProxy-multiUpdater.timer

After enabling maybe it is a good idea just start the timer right away

systemctl start MTProxy-multiUpdater.timer
