  • Introduce FPS Monitor Plugin.
  • Options to adjust the threshold of runloop hang detection.
  • Options to reduce the side effect of suspending all threads.
  • Add thread profile to dump report.
  • Some other improvements and bug fixes.

It's a big commit. Sync code from wechat internal, fix some bugs and introduce new feature.
