First working version- Compiled binaries

This is the first working version of vmaf-gui. it includes ffmpeg, vmaf and it's model files. Currently vmaf outputs to log.txt in the same folder as the binaries. In a future version I will work on displaying the aggregate vmaf score inside the gui
