Getting Started NodeJS Course: Update NodeJS crash course link to a newer version from the same instructor

Replaced the old Traversy Media Node.js crash course link with the newer version, which provides updated content and approaches.

Because

The newer version provides updated content while still covering the same topics as the main lesson, using only Node.js (without Express).
