Added a bunch of assets from the weekend1 update

• New multiplayer lobby system
• Difficulty settings
• New arrow splash system
• New chart system
• New event system
• Results screen
• New stage/character handling
• Improved performance and memory usage
• Stage parallax effects
• Erect remixes
• Tankman week
• Characters now in the stage config

And probably other stuff I forgot about, its been a while
