…ther than when the player launches into space, added a server setting to disable the login message.

@oliverpechey I've swapped the launch message to a login one, and added a server option to disabled the login message entirely if the server owner wants to. This should be ready for merge. |

I wasn't able to reproduce issues 3 and 5 with fairly extensive testing, might be worth firing this up on the ZU test server again to see if they crop up again.
