* add waypoint configuration

Shown waypoint length can now be configured and will be updated upon new command loading
ChargeNode now also has a message string

@M0Zi the first implementation already looks great but it doesn't visualize Hover commands. Any ideas?

A smaller sphere with lower alpha would sound good to me. If a circle is possible, that would be another option
