v1.0.3: Update styling and clean up calendar JavaScript code

Modified the hover and notInMonth styling in the jQuery calendar script. Also, several lines of commented or unused code were removed for a cleaner codebase. Furthermore, slight adjustments were made to the init() function, adding the class 'user-select-none' and modifying the settings definition.
