I have reviewed these changes and am happy to approve these in my capacity as 360Giving staff member on the Standard Stewardship Committee. The changes have been faithfully applied based on the upgrades approved by the Stewardship Committee, which have also been through the proper feedback and notice process via our forum.

This PR contains a new "Extensions" feature as well as some bugfixes on the schema and codelists. This will result in a new MINOR release of version
1.4MINOR:
PATCH:
weightproperties from the schema (these were technical side-effects of old tooling and not actual properties of the 360Giving standard)
