The primary feature of this release is a port to GTK3 and the Xfce4-panel 2.0 API.
The main thing that doesn't seem to work is detection of insensitive foreground color for default passive color. It may be that some GTK3 themes set the insensitive color of the panel to be the same as the normal color. Custom colors still work fine.
The attached .deb package was built in Xubuntu 18.04.
