This is the start of server versioning.

This version is compatible with WARP1-3 >= 2.5.0 and WEM >= 2.2.0

At this point Following features are available:

Creating an account
Adding chargers to that account
Removing chargers from an account
Connect to a charger
Change password
Restore lost passwords using a recovery file

Assets 2
