0.7.13

The 0.7.x codestream is a major rewrite of the code.
Unfortunately the changes require users to delete the old configuration before upgrading from an older version.
Some new bugs were apparently introduced - please report these and help fixing them. Thanks!

0.7.9 fixed some issues with reading the configuration and eventually crashing homebridge.
0.7.11 fixed an installation problem that occurred in some environments
0.7.13 updated dependencies in package.json
